Note: Attempt four questions in all, selecting one question from each Section. All questions carry equal marks. Give sketches, diagrams and illustrations wherever necessary.

4. What is insolation ? Discuss the factors affecting the distribution of insolation.
सूर्याताप क्या है? सूर्याताप के वितरण को प्रभावित करने वाले कारकों की विवेचना कीजिए।
2. Define climatology and discuss its nature and scope.
जलवायु विज्ञान को परिभाषित करते हुए इसकी प्रकृति एवं विषय क्षेत्र की व्याख्या कीजिए।
3. Write explanatory notes on any three of the following about 150 words:
